Our workflow integrates ligand soaking and co-crystallization strategies, routine synchrotron access, advanced data collection methodologies, and rigorous structure solution and validation. Combined with detailed binding mode analysis and support for hit-to-lead DMTA cycles, our expertise enables rapid generation of high-quality structural data. Our established experience in targeted protein degradation, encompassing over 25 TPD targets and ternary complex structures solved within 14 days, supports the efficient advancement of drug discovery programs.

Our Cryo-EM capabilities provide high-resolution structural characterization of complex biological targets, including large proteins, membrane-associated assemblies, and protein–ligand complexes.
