CALIXAR TO EXTEND ITS PORTFOLIO OF STRATEGIC COMPOUNDS FOR COMPLEX PHARMACEUTICAL TARGETS ISOLATION

CALIXAR today announced the issue of a new generation of molecules able to extract and stabilize complex pharmaceutical targets.

CALIXAR has designed novel steroidic compounds with biomimetic approaches. The idea is to translate the biological membrane information into design and synthesis of new compounds that have the ability to keep in solution the functionality and stability of various integral membrane protein targets, including instable native GPCRs.

These compounds will be used by CALIXAR in the framework of its isolation strategy for the benefit of internal discovery programs and customers projects.
